Britt is dedicated to creating a supportive, ethical, and growth-oriented workplace for both staff and leadership. Before joining Wellnes Hills, Britt worked within a sober living environment where she provided direct behavioral support and oversaw daily staff operations, giving her a strong understanding of the unique demands placed on behavioral health teams.

She brings proven experience in employee coordination, crisis response, documentation, and maintaining safe, structured environments, all of which contribute to her thoughtful and effective HR leadership. Britt also draws on her background as a Community Health Worker, where she strengthened her skills in compliance, client advocacy, communication, and cross-functional teamwork. Earlier in her career, she trained and supervised staff in the cosmetology field, building a strong foundation in coaching, mentorship, and customer-focused service.

Certified in Adult First Aid and CPR and highly proficient in modern administrative platforms, Britt supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and staff development across the organization. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and mother to her young son, grounding her leadership style in empathy, patience, and genuine care for others.
