Over the past five years, she has volunteered with people experiencing homelessness as well as survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, shaping her thoughtful and grounded approach to helping others.
For the last four years, Rachael has worked in admissions, assisting individuals and families in accessing substance-use treatment with heartfelt support, genuine understanding, and a deeply rooted desire to help people feel seen and cared for. Her blend of professional experience and personal resilience enables her to connect with people in meaningful, authentic ways during their most challenging moments.
Outside of her work, Rachael is a mother of five who enjoys cheering loudly from the bleachers and sidelines as her kids give it their all.
