Who We’re a Good Fit For

Some people may require more support than a weekly therapy session. If there are immediate safety concerns or a need for 24/7 monitoring, the safest next step is emergency evaluation or hospital-based inpatient care. When a person is stable enough to participate in structured day treatment, Wellness Hills offers PHP and IOP. We start with a confidential assessment to recommend the most appropriate level of care and next steps.

  • You would benefit from a more structured approach to mental health due to symptoms impacting your daily functioning, work, or relationships.
  • You need the consistency and intensity of a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to stabilize symptoms and build skills.
  • You’re ready to step up from outpatient therapy because weekly sessions are no longer enough.

Programs Offered

Levels of Care Available

Wellness Hills offers multiple levels of care that follow the continuum of treatment designed to meet you where you’re at. Placement is guided by clinical evaluations, symptom severity, safety, and day-to-day functioning, with continual monitoring to ensure you’re at the proper level.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Our PHP is highly structured with options for daytime treatment. If you need significant support for symptom stabilization, then this might be the right level of care.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Sometimes, those struggling with mental health issues need a greater degree of flexibility than a PHP. Some individuals have regular activities such as work, school, or family responsibilities.

Outpatient (OP): An outpatient program works well for individuals who are generally stable and able to manage daily responsibilities. This level of care usually includes weekly therapy sessions, which target coping skills and long-term growth.

If you’re unsure which level is right for you, you can receive a comprehensive assessment to guide placement and ensure you receive the appropriate level of support. A confidential assessment helps determine the safest starting level of care and whether a higher level of support is needed.
